We are proud of the educational experience our workshop offers, and we would like you to have a productive time with us. If your circumstances have changed and you are unable to access or complete the workshop you signed up for, please get in touch with us at support@polekon.org. We will be happy to assist you.

Refund Policy: You may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked. Simply email us at support@polekon.org with your order details.

Once a refund is approved, it will take 5 to 7 business days to be credited to your bank account or original payment method.
